Love ❤ Wantintin..Chinese Woman 👩 Carries Boyfriend On Her Back

Love they say, is blind but not so much as in the case of one devoted girlfriend. A lady in China was pictured wading deep flood waters while carrying her boyfriend on her back, her reason? She didn't want her beloved to suffer the loss of his expensive shoes.

The woman told Chinese media: 'I am  wearing sandals so it doesn't matter that I cross the waterlogged area. He was wearing leather shoes which have to be washed laboriously [if they are soaked]. So it was easier that I carry him to cross the water.'  He could have just taken his shoes off though, lol

Peter Okoye dissociates himself from a P-Square show, threatens to sue his brother, Jude

Peter Okoye of P-Square, who has left the group and gone solo, shared the flier above & called out his brother and former manager, Jude, for promoting a P-Square show instead of Rudeboy. He wrote;
"Disclaimer: This goes out to all my Fans in Congo Specifically and the entire world in General. My attention has been drawn to a much publicised show holding today 8th July, 2016(VIP SHOW) and tomorrow 9th July, 2016,(in Goma) and on the 17th of August in Kinshasa wherein the name Psquare was used maliciously and mischievously to garner patronage and huge fans attendance as against the stage name Rudeboy which is used when my Twin Brother, Paul, and Co-owner of the stage name Psquare performs alone.
I never endorsed the usage of my name as the contractual terms presented were not favourable to me, thus I am not part of the show booked by our former manager Jude and I wholeheartedly disassociate myself from the unauthorized use of my Co-owned stage name (Psquare) and images for promotional and economic reasons without my express written consent or permission. Contrary to the wild allegations making the rounds that I could not attend the show because I am sick and missed my flight along with my crew members, I wish to counter same and state categorically, that I am 101% healthy.
I shall take appropriate legal actions in the nearest future against the promoters and the sponsors of these events for character assassination and malicious misrepresentation. Thank you. MR.P (Peter of Psquare)

Kim Kardashian's emotional message on Black Lives Matter: "I want my children to grow up knowing that their lives matter"

Kim Kardashian is finally speaking out on the recent killing of Alton Sterling and Philando Castle by the police. In an essay posted to her website and app titled "#BlackLivesMatter," the mother of two spoke on wanting her son and daughter to grow up knowing their lives matter as black individuals.
"This week we watched Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, two innocent black men, get senselessly murdered by police officers. Like a lot of you guys, I watched the videos, and was appalled and completely heartbroken. I was left speechless, angry and numb.
I want my children to grow up knowing that their lives matter. I do not ever want to have to teach my son to be scared of the police, or tell him that he has to watch his back because the people we are told to trust—the people who "protect and serve"—may not be protecting and serving him because of the color of his skin. The last thing we need is to fuel anger with more hate or violence, especially toward the many incredible police officers who risk their lives every single day to protect our families and communities. We must peacefully use the power of our voices and the strength of our numbers to demand changes in the judicial system so that brutality doesn't ever go unpunished. It is our responsibility as Americans and as parents to create a safe future for our children. We must do something NOW. We must speak up until we are heard and real, effective changes are made. Alton Sterling, Philando Castile, Trayvon Martin, Mike Brown, Eric Garner, Freddie Gray, Tamir Rice, Sandra Bland, Sean Bell … and unfortunately so many more. Hashtags are not enough. This must end now."

Fuel scarcity looms as oil workers plan to go on strike from July 7th

Fuel scarcity looms in Nigeria as the leadership of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, PENGASSAN has instructed its members around the country to abandon their duty posts from Thursday July 7th and proceed on strike action.
In a statement signed by its acting general secretary, Lumumba Okugbawa, PENGASSAN blamed the proposed strike on the Federal Government’s inability to honor their agreement contained in a May 12, 2016 communiqué.
PENGASSAN had on June 19th condemned the sack of some of its workers in some oil corporations in Nigeria and had given the Federal government a 7-day ultimatum to intervene and failure to do so would result in a full scale strike action. The seven-day ultimatum lapsed on last Wednesday, June 27th.

Jose Mourinho officially unveiled at Man Utd's Old Trafford stadium (photos)

Jose Mourinho was this morning, for the first time, unveiled as the manager of the World's most popular football team Manchester United.
The Portuguese wasted no time in suggesting Man United had lost sight of their stature and says he wants to win the Premier League title.
"It is difficult for me to describe and find the right words for this club. I don't like the denomination that people use like 'dream job'. This is not a dream job, this is reality - I am Manchester United manager. The reality is that this is a job that everyone wants, but not many people get to have, yet I have it," he enthused.
"I know the responsibility, the expectation, the legacy and what is behind me at this club. I know what the fans expect of me and this challenge doesn't make me nervous because my history in the last ten years is to live with big clubs' expectations. I believe it is the right moment in my career, where I feel very well prepared and stable, with a great motivation. I can say that I am where I want to be; I want to be in this club, I want to be in this country, in the Premier League and the domestic cups."
Mourinho also talked about his desire, both from a personal and team perspective, to ensure the Reds get back into the Champions League as soon as possible.
"I am a bit disappointed that I am not in the Champions League, as I do not hide that I chase Sir Alex's records in that competition - the number of matches as a manager. I am around 130 matches, maybe a little bit more or less. Hopefully it will only be one season that we are not there," he added. I say 'we' because the club is much more important than myself. Man United is a Champions League club and we have to make sure that in July 2017, instead of waiting for the Europa League, we are ready for the group draw of the Champions League."

Woman forced to flee Gwoza after a grieving father threatened to kill her child, whom she had with a Boko Haram terrorist

Aisha Umar was forced to flee her hometown after a man, whose children were killed by Boko Haram, threatened to murder her 2-year-old son, a child she had after she was repeatedly raped by the terrorists.
The 28-year-old, who was kidnapped by Boko Haram, held for almost a year in the town of Gwoza, and raped by several militants, could have been forgiven for believing her ordeal was over when she escaped and returned to her hometown last year. But the mother-of-four was forced to flee her home in the town of Gwoza a fortnight ago when a man threatened to murder her two-year-old boy Mohammed, the son of a Boko Haram fighter.
"He told me that if I didn’t take the child away, he would buy petrol and set the boy on fire until he burned to ashes," Umar told the Thomson Reuters Foundation by phone from Madagali, 22 km (14 miles) away, where she now lives with her brother.
The man, who saw Boko Haram kill three of his children, was one of many people in Gwoza who made it clear to Umar that her son was not welcome in the community since their return home.
"People didn’t want to play with the child … they called him Boko Haram child,” Umar said, adding that she received the most abuse from those who had lost relatives to Boko Haram.
Women who are former Boko Haram captives, and their children born out of rape, face mistrust and persecution when they return home, according to a report by peacebuilding group International Alert and the U.N. children’s agency UNICEF
Many people fear those held by the Islamist militant group have been radicalised and may recruit others when they return home, said the report, which was published earlier this year. More than 2,000 women and girls have been abducted by Boko Haram since 2012, many of whom have been raped, trained to fight, or used as suicide bombers, according to the report.
"There is a belief that the blood of the father will always run in a child’s veins and therefore that these children will eventually turn on their families and communities,"said Rachel Harvey, chief of child protection for UNICEF in Nigeria.
Umar was kidnapped in August 2014 by Boko Haram militants who shot her husband in the head before taking her into Sambisa Forest, a vast colonial-era game reserve where the militants hide in secluded camps to avoid the Nigerian military.
She believes the militant to whom she was married is the father of her two-year-old son. He was named Mohammed Yusuf after Boko Haram’s founder, who died in police custody in 2009. When she returned home to Gwoza last year and learned that her three children from her murdered husband had been taken in by a neighbour, the family were overjoyed to be reunited.
"But people started telling them that their brother was a Boko Haram child,” she said, adding that the three children became increasingly reluctant to play with Mohammed. "My oldest daughter told me: ‘Mummy, please, take this child to his father and come back to us’."
Despite moving to Madagali in Adamawa state, Umar is facing fresh stigma as people become aware of her son’s heritage. Her relatives do not want to touch Mohammed while people point at her in public and keep their distance, Umar said.
Recalling how she secretly plotted her escape from Sambisa with dozens of other women, Umar talks of how she carefully strapped her toddler to her back as she fled to keep him safe. Yet the abuse she has suffered since escaping Boko Haram has pushed her to breaking point.
"If I had someone to take this child away from me, I would welcome the idea."
